RECOMMEDED CARE

Despite their durability, the high quality finish and workmanship, your Jee Vice sunglasses require protection when not worn. Always slip them in their pouch or hard case. Always clean lenses with mild soap and water. Then dry them with their soft pouch or the micro-fiber cloth included with metal frames in the handbag.

WARRANTY

Jee Vice products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one year from date of purchase which includes any fault in material or workmanship.

If your Jee Vice sunglasses are proven defective, they will be replaced at no cost to you. (excluding shipping costs). If they are not considered defective (scratched sunglass lenses are not covered under warranty) Jee vice will repair or replace your product at a reasonable charge.

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

Step 1 : Please include your proof of purchase, address, daytime phone or email, so we can let you know the status of your warranty claim.

Step 2 : Be sure to pack your sunglasses in suitable packaging to make sure it is not damaged in transit and ship using a traceable source (DHL, UPS, FedeX, Insured mail). Jee Vice is not responsible for products lost or damaged during shipment.

Step 3 : We will contact you when we have received your goods to let you know the status of your repair.
